Please, read carefully the terms and conditions described in this section.

Using and shopping in the web site implies full understanding and express acceptance of the terms and conditions by the user.

This terms and conditions may be updated on a regular basis and without any prior notice, so we recommend you to check this page regularly in order to take notice of any changes we may have made.

Remeber that for shopping in dressagestyles.com you must be at least 18 years of age.

All images and descriptive texts of this web are a property of Dressage Styles.

Due to the fact that this text has been translated to several languages, in case of conflict the Spanish language will take precedence.

Any conflicts, which may arise from the application of these terms and conditions, will be governed by the laws of Spain and will be resolved by the courts of Madrid

 

General terms regarding our products

Measures and sizes are approximate, they may vary in a few centimeters.

Product photos are not contractual, because colors can have different tones depending on the device screen you are using or the printer prints.

Articles shown in images but not described in the product data sheet are part of the stage decoration and are not for sale, they will not be included in the order (pens, mobile phones, handkerchiefs and so on).

Shop availability

The online shop is opened 24 hours a day, but it can be occasionally closed due to maintenance tasks.

Orders

We only accept orders that are made through our web site.

We may reject or cancel an order in any of the following situations, without being liable for any damages or costs:

  • Your payment information is incorrect or not verifiable.
  • Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.
  • An unintentional error has ocurred on the web site; e.g. a payment error etc.
  • We have reasons to believe you are not an adult.
  • You are not a resident of one of the countries listed under "Delivery places" or we could not deliver it to the address provided by you.
  • When the product is no longer available or is out of stock.
  • When there are reasons to believe that the buyer is an intermediary or distributor, not a final customer.

We will notify you by e-mail. Any payment regarding the rejected or cancelled order will be refunded.

Order tracking

You can check your order status visiting "My Account" section and clicking on "Order history and details".

If you don't have an available account, please, contact us and we will inform you about your order status.



Returns

You can return purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive them. The product must be complete, unused and in good conditions and it must have the original package and labels. You must also send the purchase invoice.

The refund will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product.

We do not support the costs of returning the product or products.

These are the steps you must follow in order to return a single product or an order:

Go to "My Account" and click on "Order history and details". Choose the order. In the product's list of the order choose the product or products you want to return, clicking on the check box available on the left side of the product description. Once you have done this, click on "Make an RMA slip" button. Write down a comment about the return cause and click again on "Make an RMA slip" button. You have finished your request for return merchandise authorization. The status of the request is "Waiting for confirmation". You must wait for our validation. Once validated you are allowed to return the product or products. Remember packing the products using the original packaging and labels. Also remember that you must ask the carrier for the return receipt. Save it as a proof of postage.

Delivery information

We offer you several delivery options.

You can select the preferred delivery method just before making the purchase. 

Carrier costs depend on the selected delivery method, and they are calculated automatically during the payment process, before finishing the order.

The processing of orders will start the following business day.

(Business days are from Monday to Friday, except Spanish national holidays).

If the package is damaged, please, do not accept it. You are responsible of inspecting the package and send us any complaint about it.

We apply an strictly quality control process, but if you receive a damaged product you can return it to us and we will refund the purchase price to you.

Delivery places

We can send our products to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and some European countries.

We do not accept P.O. boxes deliveries.

Delivery costs and times

Carrier costs and times depend on the delivery method selected.

Available delivery methods and costs are:

  • Standard (5-10 business days)

Your order will be delivered in a maximum of 10 days. 

Standard Delivery is free for Spain on purchases above 60 euros and it has a cost from 15€ for European countries, depending on the total weight of the shipment.

If the order includes a customized article, please, take into account that we need one or two additional days before starting the delivery process.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

1. Products customization

Dressage Styles offers you the possibility of customize some leather goods with your name or initials.

You must provide this name or initials when you ask for your order.

You cannot return customized products, for obviously reasons, so, please, check carefully the name or initials provided before sending the order.

Please, follow specific product recommendations, if any, related to text longitude.

Anyway, if we find something wrong about the customization text, we will contact you by e-mail in order to solve it as soon as possible. If this happens we will not be responsible of delivery delays.

This facility is only available in selected products.

2. Customized products orders

Addtionally to the situations listed in section "Orders", Dressage Styles may reject or cancel an order in the following situation, without being liable for any damages or costs:

  • When the name or initials for the customization is a violation of the intellectual or industrial property rights or it is contrary to law, moral standards or public order.

We will notify you by e-mail. Any payment regarding the rejected or cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Intellectual property

The customer will not acquire any intellectual property rights over a customized product.

4. Prices, taxes and accepted payment methods

5. Delivery

If you order a customized product we will need one or two additional days before starting the order delivery process.

6. Returns

Customized products cannot be returned. If the product is damaged you must advertise us as soon as possible, follow our instructions and we will change it for another one. No refund will be done.
