You can return purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive them. The product must be complete, unused and in good conditions and it must have the original package and labels. You must also send the purchase invoice.
The refund will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product.
We do not support the costs of returning the product or products.
These are the steps you must follow in order to return a single product or an order:
1. Go to "My Account" and click on "Order history and details".
2. Choose the order.
3. In the product's list of the order choose the product or products you want to return, clicking on the check box available on the left side of the product description.
4. Once you have done this, click on "Make an RMA slip" button. Write down a comment about the return cause and click again on "Make an RMA slip" button. You have finished your request for return merchandise authorization. The status of the request is "Waiting for confirmation". You must wait for our validation. Once validated you are allowed to return the product or products. Remember packing the products using the original packaging and labels. Also remember that you must ask the carrier for the return receipt. Save it as a proof of postage.
